Wishing Well School is a preschool, mixed-age kindergarten and offers a first grade home school support program, inspired by Waldorf education located in Los Osos on the central coast of California.  The program is open to children 3 through 7 years old and is taught by two certified Waldorf teachers, and two California credentialed teachers.  The goal is to nurture and protect the young child’s sense of wonder and imagination.  Children are encouraged to play, explore and imagine in a loving environment filled with natural materials.  Daily activities provide a comforting and reliable rhythm, including bread making and baking, watercolor painting, beeswax modeling, and puppet plays. Songs, nature walks, and stories honor the natural world and changing seasons.
